Our production departments:
Knitting
Using our small circular knitting machines, we produce tubular fabric with various diameters (from approx. 4 – 14 cm) and different material combinations – from terry-stretch upholstery tubing, to jersey tubing, to specific customer requirements. We mainly process raw cotton, also in combination with elastane.
Sewing
We assemble ready-to-use items for medical and hospital supplies, carry out external sewing orders, and manufacture those products that you can purchase directly from our shop. Our in-house sewing workshop is equipped with overlock / flatseamer / lockstitch machines / automatic band cutting machine / cutting machines / angle welding machine and steaming table.
This enables us to assemble our articles, but also to carry out individual, external sewing orders.
